of the Arts London.
The
innovative online English tests balance students'
(and institutions') need for convenience and
accessibility with accurate and reliable results.
Password tests are widely recognised by education
providers across the world and the certificates
are accepted by the UK Border Agency.
Password
tests are an equitable and quick way to progress-check
English language students or diagnose what level
of English course they should be studying at.
All three Password tests (Password, Password
Plus and Password Intro) certify core English
language knowledge, which is a powerful predictor
to how students will perform when undertaking
skills-based (speaking, listening and writing)
instruction.
The
main Password test is aligned to Common European
Framework A2 to C1 (IELTS equivalent 3.0 to
6.5) and has a top score of Password Plus (IELTS
6.5 plus). It takes no longer than one hour
to complete and results are delivered instantly.
Certificates can also be co-branded with universities
and colleges.
Every
Password test is unique. As each test is downloaded
via the internet, randomised questions are drawn
from the vast data bank in the Password system.
The tests also run on secure software so that,
while the test is in progress, PCs are locked
down - students cannot access applications,
print pages, perform screen grabs or send emails.
